The following terms and conditions - and subsequent amendments - apply to all our services available online, through any mobile device, by email or by phone. By accessing our website, browsing and using and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions below (including the privacy statement).
These pages, their content, their structure and the online booking service is provided for your personal use only with non-commercial purposes, governed by the terms and conditions described below.
1. Purpose of the service
Through this website we provide an online platform where we advertise our facilities making it possible for website visitors to be able to make a hotel reservation. By making a reservation you will establish a contractual relationship (binding in legal terms) with our facility with which you made a reservation. Our services are available for personal, non-commercial use only. Therefore, it is not allowed to resell, use, copy, display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any type of commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
2. Guarantee of Best Price
The proposed rates on our site are highly competitive. The published rates, quoted in Euro, include VAT and taxes. In case a user traces on another site a more advantageous rate, of the same terms offered by the Hotel Diana, we shall reserve to such member a further discount.
In order to get the discount r, the user in question must, however, provide all the references of where he found the offer, including the site on which such offer is proposed, and this also in order to keep our rates always updated in accordance with the policy the Best Price Guaranteed.
The obvious mistakes are not binding, including typing errors.
All special offers and promotions are indicated as such.
3. Booking Confirmation - Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PostePay payment
To confirm a reservation a guarantee may be required: a down payment or deposit in proportion of the total amount of the stay, or the details of a credit card as a guarantee. In the latter case, the data will be properly stored in a safe way: no amount will be debited from the card except in the case of late cancellation, no cancellation and no-show on the date of arrival. (See section 4. Cancellations and modifications). However, we are entitled to check the validity of the card provided by making a pre-authorization.
Please note: for certain types of reservations, defined as "Prepaid" or "Non-Refundable" or for certain Special Offers the full amount will be charged at time of booking.
These types can not be modified or deleted.
Before making your booking, check carefully the presence of such conditions in the room details and rates, or contact our reception if you are unsure about them.
4. Cancellation and Modification of Reservations
The cancellation/modification policy without penalty will be indicated during the booking procedure, starting from the simple request of availability, and indicated again on the booking confirmation. They may vary depending on the types of reservation, special offers, length of stay, number of rooms.
In case of no or late cancellation and/or no show on arrival we will be entitled to withdraw from the card provided as a guarantee the amount declared in the reservation process or to claim the same amount through other methods.
Modifications and /or cancellations made within the time allowed no fee nor costs will be charged
5. Correspondence
By making a booking you consent to receive e-mails before the date of arrival, containing information about your destination, and various tips on what to visit and/or how to get on with your reservation, and maybe e-mails after your stay with an invitation to write your comment on the structure or any communication that may be required.
Privacy
We value a lot your privacy: it is extremely important. We appreciate the confidence you have in us and commit ourselves to safeguard discreetly any personal information you provide to us.
When you make a booking, you will need to provide your full name, address, e-mail address, phone number, the data for payment, the number of people traveling with you and your preferences for your stay.
We may need to contact you via e-mail, mail, phone, depending on the type of contact information.
This can happen for several reasons:
